Build me a self hosted web app that acts like an all in one IP and network toolbox.

I want a clean dashboard where someone can quickly check their public IP and location, look up any IP, see browser fingerprint details, test for WebRTC and DNS leaks, run speed and latency tests, do MTR and website availability checks, search Whois, and view basic ASN and DNS resolver info. It should also let me save a simple local history of IPs, generate shareable reports, and include a few helpful privacy and security checks.

Please make it feel polished and easy to use, with dark mode, keyboard shortcuts, mobile friendly layout, and support for a few languages. It should be built so I can run it locally or with Docker, and if any geolocation or IP data needs external credentials or current docs, look them up online and wire it in sensibly.
