Build me a retro music player app that can play regular audio files and MIDI files, with that old school OPL3 FM synth sound for MIDI.

I want it to feel like a full featured desktop player, not just a simple demo. It should handle a playlist with sorting and filtering, show track metadata, support karaoke files like LRC and CD+G, and include a bunch of fun visualizations while music is playing. Please add a 10 band equalizer, playback speed control, pause and resume, volume control, and solid queue management.

For MIDI, I want authentic Sound Blaster style synthesis, and for normal audio I want support for the common formats people actually use. Keep it working on Linux and Windows if possible, and look up current docs online if you need to fill in gaps. Make the interface clean and modern, but with a nice retro music player vibe.
