Build me a cute 3D tiny world builder that runs in the browser as a static site. I want a little voxel style island where I can click grid cells to place terrain and objects like grass, paths, water, dirt, houses, trees, fences, rocks, bridges, crops, flowers, animals, and an eraser.

Make the camera easy to orbit and zoom, with a way to switch between isometric, soft, and perspective views. Let me raise and lower terrain, clear the map back to grass, reset to a preset, and use keyboard shortcuts for tools. Neighboring pieces should connect nicely, so roads join up, fences connect, bridges face the right way, houses merge into bigger buildings, and shorelines look clean.

Include local named saves, simple import or export, weather, time of day, clouds, and a command palette. Also add a seeded vehicle demo where little delivery bots drive on roads, reroute around blockers, and can be shared with a URL seed.

Keep it self contained and deployable to Vercel or Netlify. Look up current docs online if you need to.
