Build me a self hosted app that watches my Vinted saved searches and sends me an alert whenever a new listing appears.

I want a simple web dashboard where I can paste a Vinted search URL or build the search in the app, then save multiple searches and see whether they are healthy. Please include notifications for Discord, Telegram, ntfy, RSS, and generic webhooks, with a way to choose different alert destinations for different searches.

Make it work without needing a Vinted login, cookies, or any account sign in. It should check searches regularly, avoid spamming me with old listings on the first run, and use the real price I would pay including buyer protection. It would be great if it supports the main Vinted country sites and shows useful listing details like title, price, size, condition, brand, seller, and photos in the alerts.

Please make it easy to run locally with Docker, and also as a normal Python app if Docker is not used. If you need to check current docs online while building it, go ahead.
