Build me a password protected live dashboard for the Land Survey Baseline study in Sargodha District.

It should show a clean overview of field progress, including completed interviews, target progress, daily submissions, and coverage by tehsil. I also want separate sections for respondent profile, land and inheritance, empowerment, and fieldwork quality, plus a searchable tracker for every mouza showing its target and completion status.

The dashboard should be generated from the raw survey files on my computer, then published as a single self contained HTML page with only aggregated numbers and no personal data. Please include a script that reads the source files, calculates all the stats, and rebuilds the dashboard automatically, along with a simple update flow I can run each day.
