Build me a web app where someone can type one idea and get a full AI generated comic back, with multiple panels, captions, dialogue, and matching artwork.

I want the app to take a simple prompt like a story seed or joke, turn it into a short comic script, then generate the panel images and lay everything out nicely in a comic style page. It should feel easy and fun for a normal person to use, with a clean interface, a prompt box, a generate button, and a way to preview or download the comic when it’s done.

Use Hugging Face style auth and model access if needed, and make it work with a language model plus image generation for the panels. If you need to check current docs for the best APIs or setup, do that. Keep the experience polished, and make it possible to run locally too with environment variables for the model providers.
