Build me a clean web app called NotaDash that lets me keep track of my notes in one place and see them in a simple dashboard view.

I want it to feel modern and easy to use, with a nice home screen, a list of notes, and an easy way to view, add, edit, and delete notes. Keep the design polished and responsive so it works well on desktop and mobile. If there’s already sample note data in the project, use that to populate the app so it feels real right away.
