Build me a clean little website for this Today I Learned collection so people can browse all the notes easily.

I want the homepage to show the categories, a count of posts, and a simple way to jump into recent or popular TILs. Each note should have its own page, with the title, category, and the markdown content rendered nicely. Make it easy to search and filter by topic, since there are a lot of entries across different languages and tools.

Keep the design simple and readable, like a personal knowledge base. It should work well on mobile too. If it makes sense, add basic navigation for all the category pages and a way to share or copy a note link. Use the markdown files in the repo as the source of truth, and look up current docs online if you need to.
