Build me an open source personal AI memory app like Omi. I want it to watch what I’m doing on my screen, listen to my conversations when I allow it, transcribe everything live, and turn it into useful summaries, action items, and searchable memories.

The main experience should feel like a trusted second brain. I should be able to ask an AI chat questions like “what did I promise in my last meeting” or “summarize what I worked on today” and it should answer based on what it has seen and heard. Please include a macOS desktop app first, with a simple mobile app path for iPhone and Android, plus support for an Omi style wearable that can stream audio.
