Build me a self hosted enterprise style low code platform that feels ready to use out of the box. I want two ways to build things, one where a business user can configure a system without writing code, and one where I can type a plain language request and it generates a working app with forms, database tables, CRUD pages, menus, permissions, and the front end plus back end code.

It should also include the AI side of the product, like chat, knowledge base Q and A, model management, simple workflow orchestration, plugin or MCP style integration, and tools to design forms, approval flows, reports, and large dashboard screens. Keep the usual admin basics too, like users, roles, departments, dictionaries, button permissions, and data permissions.

Please wire it up so it runs locally in a simple way, ideally with Docker first, and make sure there is a default admin login for testing. If anything is unclear, check the current project docs online and make sensible choices.
