Build me a desktop app that lets people use their own Telegram account like a private cloud drive.

I want it to let users sign in with their Telegram API details and phone login, then open a personal drive channel where they can upload files, create folders, move things around, search, rename, delete, and download whole folders. It should also be able to preview and stream common media like photos, videos, audio, PDFs, text, and code right inside the app, with a gallery view for photos and a nice file viewer.

Please include encrypted photo and video backup from selected folders, plus support for shared drives so multiple people can collaborate.
