Build me a private Android gallery app that works completely offline and feels minimal and fast.

I want it to show my photos and videos from local storage, organize them by folder, let me search by file name, and sort by date, modified time, size, or name. It should let me filter to just photos or just videos, open videos with playback, and support picture in picture. For photos, I want pinch to zoom and a simple editor with crop, rotate, brightness, contrast, and saturation. It should also handle RAW camera files by showing the embedded JPEG preview. When I share an image, strip out the EXIF data first.

Please make it feel polished with a few nice themes, and add a biometric lock so the gallery stays private. Target Android 13 and newer, and keep it as a local only app with no cloud, no tracking, and no internet access. If you need to check current Android or library docs, look them up online.
