Build me a simple React web app for viewing 360 photos. I’ve got an images folder and a Data.js file in the repo, so use those as the main content source. I want it to feel like a small virtual tour or interactive gallery where someone can choose a scene, open it, and drag around to look in every direction. If the data includes titles, descriptions, or links between scenes, show and use those too.

Keep the design clean and modern, with an easy starting screen and simple controls so a normal person can use it without instructions. Make it responsive so it works nicely on desktop and mobile. If something is missing from the repo, fill in the gaps and make reasonable choices instead of stopping.

Please make sure it’s actually runnable from scratch, with whatever setup is needed so I can install it and start it locally right away. Look up current docs online if you need to.
