Build me a marketplace for Claude Code plugins, skills, and agents, with a simple website where people can browse, search, and explore the catalog, plus a CLI that can install a chosen pack with one command.

I want it to feel like a real open source app, not a demo. The site should show counts, featured items, categories, and a way to get from browsing to installation fast. The CLI should let someone install bundles and individual packs without needing to think about the internals. Please make it work cleanly with Claude Code first, and keep the structure flexible enough that other harnesses could be added later if needed. Use the existing docs and examples if they help, and look up current docs online if you need to.
