Build me a credit card checkout form that looks polished and feels interactive, like the card updates live as people type their name, card number, expiry, and CVC.

I want the form to show a visual card preview beside it, with the right formatting, placeholders, and card type styling, and it should work just by pointing it at existing inputs, without me having to rewrite my whole form. Make it easy to drop into a plain HTML page, and if possible let me use it with jQuery too.

Please include sensible defaults, support for custom input selectors, translations for the little helper text, and a way to tweak the preview width and placeholders.
