jgraph/drawio-desktop ? reverse-engineered prompt

I'd like to build a desktop diagramming application using Electron. It should function as a native wrapper for the popular draw.io editor, so it will have all the same features for creating flowcharts, network diagrams, and other graphics.

The most important requirement is privacy and offline functionality. The application must be designed to work without an internet connection and should never send any user diagram data to external servers. All files should be saved and managed locally on the user's computer. The only online feature it should have is a simple check for updates on startup.
