Build me a cross platform audio conversion and tagging tool for .NET and PowerShell.

I want to point it at a folder of music files and have it convert between common formats like MP3, AAC, FLAC, ALAC, Opus, Ogg Vorbis, and WAV, while keeping the track metadata intact or letting me edit it easily. It should support batch processing, nice filename and folder templates based on tags like artist, album, track number, and title, and let me save updated metadata back to the files.

Please also include loudness analysis and ReplayGain style tagging so whole albums can be normalized consistently. It should work on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and have both a PowerShell friendly interface and a C# API. If you need to check current dependency details or platform notes, look them up online first.
