Build me a simple website that automatically shows the latest Python, data science, machine learning, and AI articles from a few RSS feeds. I want the homepage to look clean and easy to scan, with each post showing the article title, source name, and date, and clicking a title should open the original article in a new tab. The page should refresh the feed content when run, so it always shows the newest items without me editing anything by hand.

Keep the design minimal and readable, with a list style that works well on both desktop and mobile. If it helps, you can look up current docs online while setting it up. Please make sure it is easy to add or change feed sources later, and keep the code simple enough that I can run it locally and publish it as a basic personal site.
