I want a simple exam cramming web app called KaoBuddy for people who only have a few days or two weeks left before a test.

The main flow should be, I create an exam project with subject, exam date, daily study time, target score, and weak areas. Then I can drop in messy materials like PDFs, notes, doc files, scanned handwriting photos, and even Bilibili video links with subtitles. The app should use AI to turn that into clear knowledge points, rank what matters most, explain each topic in plain language, generate practice questions, make study cards, and build a daily study plan I can actually follow.

I also want a mock exam mode with AI grading, a wrong question notebook, and a last minute memorization mode with fast review cards. Please make it privacy first, with no account system, browser local storage for study data, and bring your own API key support plus optional invite code mode. It should work well as a PWA on desktop and mobile. Look up current docs online if you need to.
