Build me a clean, easy to browse website about transfer learning, domain adaptation, domain generalization, and related topics.

I want it to feel like a helpful resource hub for students and researchers, with sections for papers, tutorials, theory and surveys, code examples, datasets and benchmarks, applications, and contests.
