I want you to turn this repo into a small but complete project called Fancode.

There is basically no documentation, so please inspect the files in the data folder and infer the most sensible use case from what is actually there. Build something a normal person can run and immediately understand, with a simple interface or workflow for loading the data, browsing it, searching or filtering it, and seeing a few useful summaries or stats. If it makes more sense as a lightweight app, do that. If it makes more sense as a script with a clean output, do that instead.

Please add whatever basic project structure is missing, make the experience polished enough that someone can clone it and use it without guessing, and include a short README with setup and usage steps. Keep the scope grounded in the data that already exists, and look up current docs online if you need to.
