Build me a better JUET student portal app called LazyPortal.

I want a simple web app that helps me log in once and stay logged in, so I do not have to enter my password and captcha every day. It should feel cleaner and easier to use than the official portal, and it should automatically try to handle the captcha for me if possible. Keep the experience fast and lightweight, with my login saved only on my device.

Also make it work as a native Android app using the same web code, so I can install it on my phone like a real app. Set it up so the web app can proxy requests through an /api path during development, since the portal only accepts requests from its own site. If you need to check current docs or best practices for anything, look them up online.

I just want something that works smoothly and is easy to run locally, then build into a release for web and Android.
