jitsi/jitsi-meet ? reverse-engineered prompt

I'd like to build a full-featured video conferencing platform, basically an open-source, self-hostable alternative to Zoom or Google Meet. The primary interface should be a web app that works in all modern browsers, allowing users to easily start and join meetings.

It needs all the essential features: high-quality video and audio for multiple participants, content sharing for presentations, and a text chat with support for private conversations. I also want to include modern features like virtual backgrounds, user reactions, a "raise hand" button, and the ability to run polls during a meeting.

Beyond the web client, please also build out the native mobile apps for both Android and iOS so users can join from anywhere. The whole system should be scalable and designed so I can deploy and run it on my own servers. Make sure to set up the project structure to support all these different clients.
