Build me a clean little website for this curated machine learning for cyber security resource list. Right now it looks like a markdown based awesome list, and I want it turned into something people can actually browse easily. The main thing is a simple home page with a short intro, the logo, and sections for datasets, papers, books, talks, tutorials, courses, and miscellaneous resources. Each item should keep its original link and be easy to scan.

Please add search so someone can quickly find things like malware, phishing, intrusion detection, DNS, or logs without reading the whole page. If the repo includes both English and Chinese versions, make it easy to switch between them. I would also like a basic contribute page that points people to the contribution instructions instead of hiding that in a raw file.

Keep it lightweight, readable, and mobile friendly. If possible, structure the content so updates can be pulled from the existing markdown files instead of rewriting everything by hand. Look up current docs online if you need to.
