Build me a really fast personal blog and portfolio site that feels clean, minimal, and easy to customize with plain CSS. I want it to be a static site with no heavy UI stuff, just a solid reading experience. Please include a blog, an authors page, tag pages, social links, and simple site navigation. Posts should support nice code blocks, math, callout boxes, clickable heading links, and a responsive table of contents that highlights where you are on the page.

I also want good SEO basics built in, including per post metadata, Open Graph images, an RSS feed, a sitemap, and proper canonical URLs. It would be great if posts can be grouped into series and shown as one continuous page when needed. Please make the whole thing mobile friendly and keep the design system lightweight and native.
