Build me a macOS desktop app called DeepDeck that lets me open a website in a built in browser, inspect any WebMCP tools the site already has, and use an agent to do tasks on that site. If the site does not have the right tools, I want a Builder mode that can explore the page, figure out the workflow, create reusable tools from it, verify they work, and save them so I can use them again later.

The app should make it easy to switch between using existing tools and building new ones, show me what was created, and let me review, disable, or roll back saved tools. Keep it polished and simple for a desktop user, with a clean browser workspace and a clear sidebar or panel for the agent and tools.
