Build me a simple student management system in Django for a school.

I want three kinds of users, an admin or HOD, staff, and students, each with their own login and dashboard. The admin should be able to add, edit, and delete staff, students, courses, subjects, and sessions, see summary charts, check attendance, review leave requests, and read or reply to feedback. Staff should be able to take and update attendance, add or update student results, apply for leave, and send feedback to the HOD. Students should be able to log in, see their dashboard, view attendance and results, apply for leave, and send feedback.

Make it look like a clean school admin panel, similar to an AdminLTE style dashboard. Include a few basic charts and make the pages feel polished and easy to use. If you need to check current Django docs or best practices, go ahead and look them up online.
