Build me a single page app for managing Midjourney prompts for Visual Lab PRO v8. I want it to work offline like a PWA, but also have a small backend for saving prompt blocks, logs, and presets, with optional cloud sync when the server is available. The app should feel like a prompt workspace with tabs for building, mixing, variables, blocks, config, and logs, plus CAV style panels that help assemble tokens and sections of a prompt. It should include native translation with an offline fallback, a Kimi enhance action that can improve a prompt through the backend, and a drift check so I can see when a prompt has changed too much.

Please also add favorites, duo and random subject presets, group combos, import and export of blocks as JSON, and a simple experiment log so I can mark wins and fails. Keep it clean, fast, and usable without the backend, and look up current docs online if you need to.
