Build me a local first web dashboard for Grok Build that acts like a command center for my agent sessions.

I want to see active Grok runs live in the browser, with their current state, phase, tool use, reasoning, token usage, and cost updating as they happen. It should let me create, resume, prompt, approve, and cancel sessions through the official control protocol, and show permission requests exactly as they come from Grok. I also want a session history view so I can open past sessions, inspect what happened, and continue where it makes sense.

Please include a live Git view too, so I can see staged, unstaged, and untracked changes without refreshing. If possible, add a simple setup check on first run so it can tell me whether Grok is installed and authenticated. A clean, modern React interface is fine, and if you need to check current docs online, go ahead.
