Build me a Python tool called Hyperresearch that plugs into Claude Code and lets me run deep web research with a simple slash command. I want it to take a question, gather and analyze sources, and produce a polished report with clear citations, quoted evidence, and source provenance so I can see exactly where claims came from.
The big thing is that it should not be a one time report generator. Every source it fetches should be saved into a persistent research vault that becomes a searchable personal wiki across sessions. Keep the notes as normal markdown files I can inspect in my editor, with a rebuildable local index for fast search. I also want basic commands to search the vault, open saved notes, inspect links between notes, and run a health check. It should handle normal web pages and PDF sources too.
Please support a quicker light mode for simpler questions and a fuller mode for deeper analysis and critique. If anything is unclear, look up current Claude Code docs online and make it work end to end.
