I found a PHP webshell repo and I want to turn it into a safe educational demo instead of something dangerous.

Please help me clean it up into a harmless local only app that shows how a file manager and simple server admin panel might work, but with all risky parts removed. Keep the basic idea of logging in, browsing files, viewing file details, and showing system info, but do not include any backdoor behavior, hidden access, mail out, or anything that could be used on a real site. I also want a clear warning screen, and a short README that explains that this is for offline learning only.

If any part of the code is messy or outdated, simplify it and make it easier to understand. Make sure it runs safely in a local PHP environment, and if you need current PHP guidance, look up the latest docs online.
