Build me a simple Google Drive style web app called NextDrive where people can sign up, log in, create folders, upload files into those folders, and manage their own content securely.

I want folder sharing to feel safe and easy. A folder owner should be able to send a collaboration link to another user, and that person should be able to accept or deny access within 7 days. If they accept, they can view the folder, upload files, and join the conversation, but only the original owner can delete the folder or fully control it.

Please include real time chat inside each shared folder so the owner and collaborators can message each other instantly while working. Make permissions clear so owners and collaborators have different access.

Use the app structure already in this repo and connect the front end and back end so it feels like a complete working product, not just a mockup. Make the UI clean and straightforward. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online and fill in the gaps sensibly.
