Build me a Docker first web app for managing multiple Hermes Agent instances from one place.

I want a dashboard where I can create and manage agents, see their status, assign them tasks, schedule runs, and keep an activity history so I can tell what happened and when. Each agent should have its own workspace and settings, and users should only see the agents they’re allowed to access. Add login, admin and user roles, basic profile settings, and a clean settings area for things like integrations, secrets, and provider presets.
