Build me a simple web app for a UWB tracking system using this existing project.

I want staff to be able to log in, manage employees, manage UWB devices, and connect a device to the employee who is using it. There should be a clean dashboard that shows the important stuff at a glance, like employees, devices, assignments, and the latest location or status information if it exists. If there is no real UWB data source yet, add sample data and make the API easy to connect to later.

Please make the pages usable and straightforward, with forms to add, edit, and delete employees and devices. Keep the backend and frontend organized in the current structure, and make sure the app can run locally without confusing setup. If you need current docs for the framework or libraries, look them up online.
