Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small Go command line app called Chisel that can act as both a server and a client, and lets me tunnel TCP and UDP traffic through HTTP so I can reach services behind firewalls.

I want one single executable with a server mode and a client mode, with sensible help text and a clean setup that just works from the terminal. The server should listen on a host and port, be able to serve a normal web backend too, and support basic authentication plus a way to keep connections secure. The client should connect back to the server, forward local ports, support reverse forwarding, and reconnect automatically if the link drops. If it makes sense, include support for SOCKS or HTTP proxy use, and let me run multiple tunnels over one connection.

Make it feel production ready, with useful defaults, clear errors, and a simple example I can try right away. Look up current docs online if you need to.
