Build me a simple Windows desktop app that rotates my wallpaper using images from Reddit. I want to be able to choose a few subreddits, set how often it changes, and for top posts pick a time range like day, week, month, or all time. It should favor real wallpaper sized landscape images, skip stuff I have already seen, and generally pick the best scored images instead of random junk.

Please make it live quietly in the system tray, with a small window where I can browse past wallpapers with thumbnails, mark favorites, blacklist ones I never want again, and reapply an older image if I want. Closing the window should just hide it, not quit the app. It should keep logs, store settings and history per user, clean up older non favorite images automatically, and leave favorites alone.

If possible, support optional Reddit app credentials with just a client id and username for more reliable access, but still work anonymously for light use. Please also make it buildable into a normal Windows installer and look up current Reddit API rules if needed.
