Build me a small Go library for making terminal user interfaces, something minimalist and easy to use.

I want it to support multiple views on the screen, including overlapping ones, and let each view behave like an io.Reader and io.Writer so I can print into it and read from it. It should handle global shortcuts and shortcuts for individual views, support mouse input, colored text, and let me change the layout while the app is running without crashing. Please also make it easy to build simple reusable widgets and custom layouts.

Include a basic example app that opens a terminal UI, shows a centered hello message, and quits cleanly with Ctrl C. If you need to check anything in the current Go docs or examples online, go ahead and look it up.
