Build me a small Windows app that helps me farm Steam trading cards by idling my games for me.

It should look at my Steam library, figure out which games still have card drops left, and then automatically switch between them so Steam thinks I’m in game. While it’s running, it should keep checking progress, check more often when I’m close to finishing a game, and move on to the next one when there are no more drops left. When everything is done, it should stop on its own.

Make it simple to use, with Steam already open and me logged in. I’d like it to work as a normal desktop app on Windows, and if you need to look up current Steam or API details online, go ahead and do that. If possible, include a basic installer or a straightforward way to run it from Visual Studio.
