Build me a shell based tool that lets me install and manage mihomo and sing box on a Linux device or router from one simple terminal menu. I want an easy setup script, then a command like crash that opens an interactive management screen where I can switch kernels, import config links or local config files, update rules, and turn scheduled updates on or off.

It should work on common Linux systems, OpenWrt style routers, and Docker too if possible. Please include support for different traffic modes like router mode and local mode, plus a simple web dashboard option for checking rules and traffic. I also want one click updates for the script itself, and it should handle the usual network tools it needs, with clear messages if something is missing.
