Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a simple public documentation repository that collects leaked or discovered system prompts from popular AI services.

I want it to feel like a clean archive, not an app. Each entry should be a separate markdown file named with the company, product, model or service, and date. The files should contain the prompt text plus any source links, screenshots, or notes needed so someone can verify where it came from or reproduce it.

Add a clear README that explains what the repo is for, how people can contribute, and that submissions need verifiable sources or reproducible prompts. Also include a short safety note asking people not to add sensitive commercial source code or anything that could cause takedown issues.

Make the repo easy to browse on GitHub, with consistent formatting across documents and an images folder for supporting screenshots. Keep it lightweight, mostly markdown, so researchers and curious people can cite it or compare how different AI assistants are instructed.
