Reverse engineered prompt

Build me an Android launcher for old school flip phones that feels like KaiOS.

I want the whole app to be easy to use with a D pad, soft keys, and number keys instead of touch first navigation. The home screen should show a vertical strip of shortcut icons on the left, a big clock and date on the right, and a simple notification summary under the clock. The center soft key should open the app drawer, the left soft key should go to notices, and the right soft key should be configurable.

The app drawer should show all installed apps, either as a grid or a list, and I should be able to long press an app to hide it, pin it to home, change its icon, or uninstall it. I also want a notices screen that replaces the normal notification shade with a simple list that works better on a tiny screen. Add a settings area so I can change icon size, accent color, icon shape, wallpaper, icon packs, and default launcher settings. Make it feel polished and use current Android docs if you need to.
