Build me an open source collection of reusable AI agent skills for designers who use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Windsurf.

I want it to help a designer go from a rough idea to a finished front end without the AI making random design choices. The main guided flow should ask tough questions first, turn the answers into a design brief, plan the information structure, create design tokens for light and dark mode, break the work into buildable tasks, build the interface mobile first, then run a design review against the original brief.

Make the skills usable one by one, but also include a full guided flow that walks through everything and lets the user skip steps. Save design documents into a .design folder so work can continue later without being overwritten.

Include clear README instructions, basic security guidance, and make it installable through the Vercel skills CLI if that is how skills are packaged now. Look up current docs online if you need to.
