Build me a Nextcloud app for shared group expenses, like something people can use for a flat share, a trip with friends, or any shared budget.

Users should be able to create projects, add members who don’t have to be Nextcloud users, record bills, choose categories and currencies, and see who has paid too much or too little for the group. The app should show balances, simple project stats, and a settlement plan that tells everyone who should pay whom to get back to zero.

Please include creating reimbursement bills from the settlement plan, recurring bills, custom shares per member, moving bills between projects, trashing bills before deletion, and archiving old projects. People should be able to attach receipt files to bills, share projects with Nextcloud users, groups, or public password protected links, and import or export projects as CSV compatible with common shared expense apps.

Make it feel integrated with Nextcloud, including notifications and activity where appropriate. Look up current Nextcloud app docs online if you need to.
