Build me a clean mobile app called Taskee for managing tasks and notes in one place. I want it to feel minimal, fast, and polished, with a dark theme that looks good on Android and iPhone.

Users should be able to add tasks, edit them, delete them, mark them complete, and set a due date and time. If a task has a scheduled time, send a local reminder notification, and cancel that reminder once the task is completed. Add a separate notes area where users can quickly save, edit, and delete simple notes. The app should remember which tab the user was last on when they come back.

Keep everything stored locally on the device so it works without internet and does not need an account. Make the UI smooth, simple, and easy to understand, with swipe actions where they make sense. Use Flutter and follow current best practices. Look up current docs online if you need to.
