Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Chrome extension that lets me click on a live webpage, leave a short note about what I want changed, and keep collecting those notes into one review tray. I want to be able to turn on an edit mode, click a few things on the page, add comments for each one, and then copy everything into one clean prompt I can paste into Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

Make it local first, with no account and no backend, and keep the notes saved in the browser until I choose to copy them. It should work in Chrome and Firefox, and it would be great if there’s a simple shortcut to toggle edit mode too. Add a small landing page or marketing site for the project, plus the usual build and test setup so I can run it locally, package it, and load it as an unpacked extension. If you need to check current browser extension docs while building, go ahead and look them up online.
