Build me a local TypeScript CLI agent for Sui that I can run on my own machine. It should create and use a real local wallet, read my SUI balance from the network, resolve SuiNS names, show my on chain SuiNS identity, and let me save and recall simple facts with durable memory.
I want it to feel safe by default, so keep the wallet isolated locally, validate secret handling, and only allow memory writes when I explicitly ask for them. Use Testnet as the default, and make sure the app never invents answers, it should only show verified tool results. If an AI model is needed for choosing tools, connect it through OpenRouter, but keep the actual wallet key and memory secrets private. Include simple slash commands like wallet create, balance, resolve, identity, remember, recall, and doctor, plus natural language support for those same actions. Make setup easy with a single install script and clear environment config, and look up current docs online if you need to.
