Build me a polished Windows desktop app called Tempo. It should be a full featured auto clicker for Windows 10 and 11, made with C# and Windows Forms on .NET 8.

I want normal users to be able to set click speed, mouse button, single or double clicks, repeat rules, fixed cursor positions, and multi point click sequences. Add profiles so people can save different setups. Include hold mode, burst mode, random timing and position jitter, and protection so it doesn’t freeze the computer if the speed is too high.

Please also include macro recording and playback for mouse and keyboard actions, editable global hotkeys for keyboard and mouse buttons, a tray icon, themes, settings, update checking, and a statistics page with live clicks per second, history, charts, session goals, and CSV export.

Make the app feel modern and easy to use, with clear first run checks and friendly error messages. Add a responsible use warning. Make sure it can publish as one self contained Windows exe.
