Build me a browser based color checker and palette tool that feels polished like a Material Design 3 app.
I want to paste or pick a color in HEX, RGB, HSL, OKLCH, and LAB, and have all the values stay in sync as I change anything. It should show the nearest color name, generate tints, shades, tones, harmony suggestions, and contrast results for both WCAG and APCA with a clear best text color recommendation. Also include a palette generator, a CSS gradient generator, and a way to extract a palette from an uploaded image.
Please add a Material You style theme builder that creates the standard system colors, plus export options for CSS variables, Tailwind theme values, SCSS, Android, Swift, JSON, and a simple Python example. I also want a color blindness simulator, a saved palette area, a history view, and a small UI preview so I can see how the colors look on buttons, cards, and text.
Make it mobile friendly, installable as a PWA, and work offline. If you need to check current docs for the color utilities or web components, look them up online.
