Build me a fast little AI coding assistant that runs on Mac, Linux, and Windows and works from the terminal or a simple desktop window.

I want to give it plain English tasks like fixing bugs, building small apps, cleaning up files, scraping pages, or running experiments, and have it actually do the work instead of just chatting. It should be able to read and edit real files, run commands, search the web when needed, and use multiple AI providers. If a task is big, it should split the work across helper agents and keep going until it has a good result.

Make it feel lightweight and quick to start, with a clean interface and a good workflow for repeat tasks. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, do that.
