Build me a polished repo of reusable Agent Skills for AI coding assistants. I want it to feel like a real public collection someone could browse and install from, with about a hundred skills grouped into three clear buckets, creative, tech, and general. The creative side should focus a lot on fiction help like story development, characters, dialogue, worldbuilding, revision, outlines, and a few things like humor or music. The tech side should cover practical coding help like development workflows, architecture thinking, frontend patterns, security checks, and a small AI section. The general section can be broader productivity, research, document, and communication helpers.

Make the repo easy to understand at a glance, with clean folders, consistent skill pages, and a strong README that shows how to install everything, a full category, or one individual skill using npx skills add. I also want the docs to explain what each skill is for in plain English so someone can actually pick the right one. If needed, look up current Agent Skills conventions online and match them.
